an advocate for the most vulnerable populations first, shiretta d. warren, lcsw-c, has served as a clinically licensed social worker in long-term care for nearly 20 years. she has spent the last decade as a director of social services, redeveloping organizations to become deficient-free in annual surveys. sovereign consulting group, llc, was born out of her passion to serve. scg leads rising social workers and social services departments to sound structure – providing supervision and facility consultation – equipping them to deliver products and services more efficiently to meet the needs of their communities. ​ i have passion for training, supervising, educating and mentoring the next generation of social workers. i believe social work is one of the most rewarding fields, but also one of the most challenging workforces. what i enjoy most is the diversity and hunger from new social workers i come across. in their eyes you see, “i will save the world.” my desire is to keep fanning
