we provide aerospace consulting in the areas of repair station startups, inspections, technical writing of procedure manuals (operations manual, maintenance procedures manual, inspection procedures manual and training procedures manual and personnel records), maintenance management and scheduling. we also contract maintenance, find qualified employees and train them to faa certification standards. we inspect facilities, inspect procedures and manuals for faa conformaty and get a repair staion ready for an faa inspection. we have several sources at our disposal to hire temporary contractors to comply with faa rules or provide temporary employment for projects or contracts. we are planners and project/program managers. we also provide bi-lingual support in spanish/mexican for hiring and managing foreign employees. we take care of visas and work permits and background investigations.
