sowga was established in 1977 and since then, the company has grown to become one of the leading independent building services engineering integrators in the uk. we are privately owned and run by the current board and as such, are able to develop our working methods to meet the needs of our customers. we specialise in building services maintenance, building management systems and controls, energy management, m&e projects and hvac systems, as well as access control and fire detection systems. we work for property managers, facilities managers and consultants within the commercial property, luxury residential property and leisure sectors. we currently deliver services within some of central london's most prime office space and its most expensive residential properties. from our west sussex offices, we manage operations delivered to london and the home counties, and our recently opened bristol offices manage work delivered to the south west, wales and the midlands.
