at sowilo we believe that you are the most interesting person you will ever meet. you spend your whole life with yourself, and yet, there will always be mysteries and surprises that remain within you. we encourage all people to traverse this internal landscape. to be curious about themselves. to inquire about their patterns, fears, passions, wounds and motivations. to get a little bit closer to the truth - knowing that this self truth is imperative to living a full life. we have found that this journey unlocks innate wisdom and resources that guide us through the cycles of life. and we want every human to feel empowered, not only to explore themselves, but to transform their life however they desire. the resources we offer were born from our struggle - the many dark periods that taught us about ourselves. and then in those periods afterward, where we built ourselves back up piece by piece, simply by following the whispers within. we know anyone can do it, and we have created the app
