supporting families with disabled children in south west kent. we have lots of information and links to appropriate education, social services, schools and statementing. if you are looking for information and cannot find it on our website, we’ll find somewhere that does. search our events, short breaks and other opportunities for families with disabled children, provided by space charity and by other partner agencies such as schools, clubs, charities and councils. space is a not for profit organisation or charity formed in 2010. space supports disabled children, and their families and carers in sevenoaks, tonbridge, tunbridge wells and cranbrook areas.this support is wide ranging and includes: • advocacy and campaigning • delivering or commissioning services where there is a gap • delivering short breaks identified by families • supporting professionals to develop quality services • providing an information and advice service
