space-ship is committed to challenging traditional understandings of identity, space, and time. we provide short term gallery spaces for emerging and traditionally underrepresented artists, giving them a platform to engage with a myriad of communities that might not ever see or experience their artwork otherwise. our organization and community also provides a digital platform for up-and-coming artists to exhibit work and exchange ideas. through our installations, programming, and educational initiatives, we aim to engage local communities: our larger goal being to create genuine connectivity between individuals and groups, facilitating conversations spanning different upbringings, backgrounds, and perspectives.
