at space to heal i work with each woman to co-create a space that allows for connection and healing. my choice to work exclusively with women is influenced by my own (ongoing) healing journey and a desire to help women find the space to realize their infinite worth and personal power. i want every woman to feel seen and heard and accepted just as they are, while also encouraging growth and healing. my work is most firmly grounded in trauma and attachment theories. this means i consider the relationships that have impacted a person the most and wonder how those relationships could be driving actions and decisions currently. i also consider an individual’s trauma history and how the trauma may have impacted the body and brain. i am strongly opposed to the notion that there is any one-size-fits-all treatment model, so my approach with each woman is dynamic and individualized. i believe in the power of movement (and stillness) and breath and often integrate yoga and meditation as tools f
