counselling and cognitive hypnotherapy private practice. i provide a confidential and professional service to clients. i work with a range of issues including, stress, anxiety, depression, bereavement, relationship issues, childhood abuse, domestic violence. often a person recognises that they feel a bit stuck, repeating patterns of behaviour not able to engage positively in life. i enable clients to clarify and increase their levels of self awareness by utilising various therapeutic methods being mindful of the uniqueness of each person and helping them to to connect with their own inner resources.
