thanks for being interested in our business! before going any further, we would like to tell you a little bit about what we do exactly. so here we go: spaceable is a new company whose intention is to revolutionize the way we use, rent, create and find creative spaces. the way we intend to do so, is by creating an online platform. this platform will give space-owners the opportunity to enlist their own spaces without the presence of an intermediate. they can simply do it themselves. this way there’s no high mediation fee. we’ve noticed that a lot of spaces aren’t used to their maximum efficiency. they are still empty for quite a bit. on the other hand; people that are in need of a creative space, are having a very hard time finding the space that suits their needs. it is our mission to become the bridge between these two parties.
