what we do space agency is an experiential design and research agency based in london and working globally. the focus of our design work is in the interface between the built environment and user experience. we combine strategic vision with creative spatial and communication design to create spaces which inform and engage people. we work across a spectrum of design disciplines including wayfinding, urbanism, architecture and branding. we believe that design innovation comes from crossing over boundaries between these disciplines, promoting a culture of interchange that inspires creative thinking. how we do it our starting point is the movement of people. space agency employs a methodology tested in practice over the past 30 years to forecast patterns of movement and use within cities and complex buildings. this methodology uncovers the underlying dynamics of how the layout of the environment will affect people’s behavior and use of space. using this research, we focus on how people exp
