we are a people incubator for outer-space projects, currently discovering exoplanets using nasa data our short-term goal is to create an application that uses convolutional neural networks based on work from nasa scientists to discover planets around nearby stars and to offer a fun and interactive application for young people and space geeks to enjoy and learn about our greater galactic neighborhood. our long-term goal is to create an inclusive organization with a diversity & belonging as a starting point rather than an afterthought. we seek to provide professionals with outer-space curiosity a platform upon which to build meaningful projects with diverse teams. we hope that in the future we can offer paid internships and fellowships and paid positions at market rates to those professionals, with a transparent and equitable compensation policy. our “big hairy audacious goal” (aka ‘moonshot’) is to use this platform as a base to gather donations that will fund not only our people incu
