Space Training Academy

at the “space training academy” we prepare genuine space tourists and suborbital scientists for their first space travel. the purpose of the training is to prepare you both physically and mentally. even if you have no intention of travelling to space but you are looking for an exciting "space training experience": you have come to the right place! the space training academy was founded by none other than astrophysicist, airline pilot and visionary nancy vermeulen. she was the first in europe to develop a non-governmental training programme for private astronauts. in 2011 was the kick-off, when nancy gave training to a future astronaut of virgin galactic. in collaboration with the delft university of technology and desdemona in soesterberg, we are proud to offer a unique training programme. this is an overview of the different modules we offer so far: 1. introduction day – mars introduction day: location: cosmodrome kattevennen, genk belgium – euro space center redu 2. zero gravit
