spafix was formed in the back bedroom of our chairman darren waters’ house in october 2007, and then incorporated as spafix uk ltd in may 2008. in 2011 we officially became spafix services ltd. since then our business has evolved rapidly; growing from 5 staff members to 15 in the space of 4 years and now operating from a 3000 sq. ft. unit. we currently operate eleven full-time service engineers and installers. our phones are manned monday to friday by our four strong admin support team. in 2013 we bought the good will of hot tub repair man, based in nottingham. since 2013 the company has naturally grown and as of june 2015, we felt it was the right decision and timing to rebrand it to spafix services to incorporate the two companies, making us the largest servicing company in the uk. although we have grown in size, we still have the same values in customer care and we hope our customers feel the same way.
