buying a house is hard, especially for the first time. the current process is very fragmented; different players collect disparate, often offline data; and multiple third parties — all profiting from different elements of the process — add unnecessary time and layers of complexity to the process. sparen homes reimagines the real estate process, combining all of its parts — financing, search, walkthrough and inspection, and closing — into one seamless, digital platform.
