sparkchef was started by three sophomore college students at the university of michigan who realized the lack of practical and affordable dining options off-campus students had. those living in houses and apartments initially claim they will cook meals and take advantage of having a kitchen, but the reality is that very few do due to limited access to transportation, laziness, time constraints, and the planning required to have all necessary ingredients. it becomes nauseating going to the same dozen restaurants every week, getting too much pizza delivery, and eating too much fast food. these students need more healthy options and flexibility in their diets, and we’re here to help. sparkchef does all the grunt work and delivers pre-measured ingredients that enable college students to prepare healthy meals on a budget. each week, subscribers will receive an email with a menu of 6 meal options. subscribers will select a minimum of 3 meals and at the beginning of the week and will receive
