Sparkcs at Csu East Bay

​we are sparkcs, a group of college students who have come together under the umbrella of google's ignitecs program. our mission is to teach and empower young students through computer science, and computational thinking. we use tools like scratch, python, and minecraftpi to teach younger students how to program while reinforcing mathematical principles learned in school. sparkcs was created through ignitecs, which is a google initiative that gives funding and resources to groups of college and university students who want to make a difference in their local communities through computer science mentorship.
