spartatrac was designed from the ground up by sparta performance science in menlo park, california. in our ongoing quest to help our athletes become stronger, healthier and more mentally tough, the team at sparta developed a proprietary software that not only helped run our force plate evaluation and monitoring, but prescribed specific programs to each one of our athletes. using the software we are able to continually perfect our evidence based training system, as well as track and communicate with every sparta athlete, no matter where they are. the team at sparta is excited to partner with new users of spartatrac, helping them create their own evidence based training systems with spartatrac’s user friendly, mobile platform.
