we are a management consulting firm that grew out of a need for strategic support from the community of small and medium-sized businesses. originally in canada and the united states, we have grown to a global organization. we now have a dedicated european presence in madrid, spain, and continue to work with clients in the uk, france, germany, mexico, chile, and hong kong. spe consultants takes its name from the firm's three focuses: strategy, planning, and execution. where possible, we aim to help companies not only with their strategy, planning, and execution, but also to develop the internal practices skills and culture to internalize these activities, at least for non-extraordinary circumstances.
