the power of speech is something we all take for granted. after a stroke, or brain injury, the ability to speak can be lost (aphasia), which can leave sufferers feeling frustrated, isolated, and as if they're living on a separate planet to the rest of us. at speak with i.t. we help people with aphasia regain their speech, their confidence, and their self-esteem. using the latest technology, and with the help of our wonderful volunteers, we can make a huge difference to client's lives; we offer one-to-one support in clients' own homes, and we help for as long as we're needed. nhs therapy can prove a finite, limited solution - we're always building relationships with medical professionals who are pleased to refer their patients for longer, more in-depth support than they're able to offer. at speak with i.t., we're always looking for volunteers, across the whole yorkshire area. we're also keen to build a network of businesses and corporations who can help us achieve our aims, whether
