spec arms was developed in 2017 with great attention to detail for quality firearms. with the foundation of our platform based on the original ar-15, we set out to build a modern design while incorporating our own vision. our spec arms platform takes influence from the high tech race designs while incorporating the mil-spec tradition for cutting edge design without sacrificing consistency accuracy. ​ our company is dedicated to the development of a unique, yet modern weapons platforms. we operate in a 36,000 square foot facility that houses "state of the art" cnc machinery. we use high-quality components made right here in the united states and our guns are precision cnc machined from 7075-t6 aerospace aluminum billet. our design is non-traditional and we like it that way. recently, we expanded our firearm caliber offerings with the introduction of our 9mm ar protector (pistol) and 9mm defender (carbine) models.
