our vision is to help as many people as possible through communication between the special needs community world-wide, with new york city as our model for best services. our mission is to help people who are touched by a disability connect with each other to create positive change. our objective at special needs lifeline is to empower our community by informing and engaging them with the hope to improve. new york state voluntary health non-for-profit organization special needs lifeline is an on line support network for those touched by a disability. this gives them the opportunity to find support, and engage themselves in a community without leaving their home – which many cannot - there’s really a pressing need for the special needs community to just communicate--- to connect to help one another through our on-line forum--- and to create positive change. reaching tens of thousands each month has really brought us great satisfaction… our mission is “to help people who are touched by a
