specialized designs limited provides structural engineering, access scaffold and temporary works design. our clients range from homeowners to large multi-national construction companies. we aim to provide the same level of effort and attention to all our clients, however large or small the project. we are based in kings lynn, norfolk with the majority of our work is carried out in norfolk, suffolk, cambridgeshire & greater london, although we are competitive on projects throughout the uk. about scaffold design; the health & safety executive scaffold checklist states - “unless a scaffold is a basic configuration described in recognised guidance e.g. nasc technical guidance tg20 for tube and fitting scaffolds or manufacturers' guidance for system scaffolds, the scaffold should be designed by calculation, by a competent person, to ensure it will have adequate strength and stability” the checklist also lists the scaffold structures that need to be designed which can be found on our website
