specialized execution contractors est. (sece) was located in al-khobar ksa, and had two affiliate companies; industrial services & engineering co. in beirut lebanon that initiated business back in 1974 and the allied electro-mechanical co. in abu dhabi u.a.e, founded in 1976. all three companies are bound to the same line of business that is electro-mechanical and civil contracting. unlike other contracting firms, sece possesses 38-years of operation experience at the management level; our other associates are also well versed in all aspects of the contracting business. we currently have four departments: 1) hvac, 2) electrical, 3) mechanical; sustainable energy and 4) sales & marketing all three engineering discipline departments provide superior services in their respective fields, execution and supervision wise. efforts of marketing department are felt from within. our goal is to always exceed the expectations of our clients by offering outstanding services.
