specialized solutions is a woman owned and operated business that has officially started on its own january 2022. the owner, gina colaiacomo has been providing these services for over 3 years. we are a cleaning company that specializes in commercial buildings as well as construction site cleaning. we offer rough, post, and final cleans on construction sites making sure to keep the work space safe to contractors. we also offer a unique disinfection service that protects surfaces for up to 30 days. our owner spent a lot of her time researching the best products to use and is licensed for microbial disinfecting through the georgia department of agriculture. we pride ourselves in the time and dedication we put into this company in order to provide the most effective service that is safe to people, pets, children and all surfaces! our number one goal is to keep businesses open and people healthy!
