we believe that everyone deserves the chance to live a healthy and active lifestyle. specialty athletic training was created to provide 1:1 fitness programs for individuals with special needs in a positive atmosphere. we currently work with more than 20 individuals, ranging in age from 4-24. our clients are paired with college aged peer mentors and train at lewis & clark college in portland, or. we also implement in-home training programs for parents to do with their children.
