we are independent reinsurance brokers servicing central and the caribbean from our headquarters in panama. our origins date back to 2012 as the result of the end of a joint venture between jlt and our founder and executive president, luis medina. luis has been working for over 27 years in the (re)insurance industry and holds a law degree and a masters in international business. our bilingual and multicultural team is highly qualified to offer integral solutions to clients in latam, with a philosophy that emphasizes long-term relationships.
