Spectra Company

spectra company was founded in 1985 and is the largest historic preservation company in the western united states. the company’s core focus is historic restoration, preservation, and conservation. our preservation work conforms to the guidelines set forth in the "secretary of the interior's standards for rehabilitation"." we have completed such projects as the pantages theatre and el capitan theatre in hollywood, the hollywood roosevelt hotel, the gamble house in pasadena, frank lloyds wright’s ennis house, the villa rivera in long beach and most recently, the 28th street ymca in los angeles. we are pleased that the 28th street ymca building recently won a 2013 preservation design award from the california preservation foundation. spectra company maintains memberships in california preservation foundation (cpf) arizona preservation foundation (apf), american institute of conservation (aic), the american institute of architects (aia), los angeles conservancy, association of preserva
