spectra investments is a pioneer in private equity investments in brazil and in latin america and the only local player in the market. we have the largest aum among latin american fund of funds. our team has a vast experience in private equity, investment products and capital markets, being responsible for the first private equity fund of funds in latam. spectra has developed the most extensive private equity database from the local market. in 2013, we signed a partnership with insper to create a pe research department. we invest in funds and co-investments across the region. we are sector and style agnostic, but tend to prefer mid-sized funds with original investment strategies. our 2 funds are currently invested in 12 different managers and, up to now, holding 40 companies.
