Spectrum Academy Early Literacy & School Readiness Program

spectrum academy early literacy and pre-k skills program is a 12-week programmed designed to encourage school readiness. recommended for children aged 3-7 with autism, intellectual disabilities, and downs syndrome. learners meet three times weekly for group instruction with a registered behavior technician to assist. skills are reinforced during 1:1 aba instruction. registered behavior technician fades from group setting as learner acquires the skills to attend the group independently. our program consists of three researched-based curriculums. the preschool life skills (pls) program consists of thirteen skills taught in sequence. these skills are critical to early school success and cover: instruction following, functional communication, friendship, and tolerance. handwriting without tears was founded on research-based principles of early childhood development, including how children learn best. it teaches handwriting skills using developmentally appropriate practice and mult
