spectrum mortgage group, inc. has been a pioneer in the portfolio lending business for over 23 years. we support our approved wholesale brokers by providing unique loan products that are unmatched in the market place. our philosophy is that every loan request is unique and therefore we do not publish a generic rate sheet or product matrix. every loan application is treated as a one of a kind transaction and is individually analyzed by our underwriting staff for portfolio compatibility. although we do offer traditional arm products (1/1 arm, 3/1 arm, 5/1 arm, 7/1 arm) we excel at the speed in which we approve and deliver the loan commitment. there is no broker approval process required to submit loan files to spectrum mortgage. we do require that all brokers must be approved and in good standing with the nmls.
