mrs. nicole bishop, m.a., ccc-slp, is a speech-language pathologist and owner of speech therapy works, a private speech and language therapy practice in sugar land, texas. she also serves as a clinical educator and supervisor at the university of houston’s speech, language, and hearing clinic (uslhc). nicole currently provides clinical practicum education and supervision for graduate students involved in the assessment and treatment of pediatric and adult patients who present with a variety of medical and communication diagnoses, with an emphasis in fluency disorders (i.e., stuttering).
