at speller tutorial services (sts) we are able to meet students at their current level of knowledge. we then provide the means to development greater confidence and proficiency in the areas of mathematics where students are in the most need. sts identifies those problem areas and concentrates on the basic skills of mathematics. our goal is to achieve a level of mastery before moving on to the next concept. our plan for success is to help students develop reasoning and logic skills as they pertain to math. our focus is on understanding and not just procedure. we accomplish this by using small group size, common language, practical examples, humor, technology and positive re-enforcement. patience and "no quit" attitudes are hallmarks of sts. we also will work with your teachers to ensure your success in the classroom. let's work together as a team to take your math knowledge to the next level. at sts we make your success our top priority.
