i moved to america a few years back for a very special lady. longing for the classic flavors and tastes of home, i ditched the corporate life and launched jolly posh foods. the company was born after my personal longing for the traditional taste of hearty, butchers-style sausages, and the lean, unique flavour of dry-cured back bacon. my range of bangers, bacon and puddings reflect my heritage, and are lovingly and locally made in america to my time-honoured, traditional recipes. i started out by selling in local chicago farmers markets and have grown jolly posh into a quintessential british food business with national distribution across the u.s.a. enjoy a true taste of home.
