spencer, established 1989. hi, i’m spencer, or spencetf (middle and last initials). life began for me in the last three months of the 80s near the dream world of walt disney, yet i relocated to rural central pennsylvania just before my sixth birthday. i first used the name ‘spencetf’ as a pen-name for an action book series when i was nine or ten. the title spencetf stuck. i’ve been into filmmaking since 9th grade when i made a slapstick video for safety education called “gold safety” with my best friend, nick. i have been working in the film industry for almost eight years now doing full length features, psa’s, commercials, and music videos. in 2010 i graduated from grove city college in western pa with my masters in communication studies. in 2012 i graduated from reformed theological seminary with his masters in theology. then i moved to singapore on the other side of the planet and i was attending new york university’s tisch school of the arts to achieve my masters of fine arts in fi
