Spero

spero is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to bettering the lives of children in new england. each year, spero chooses a youth charity/nonprofit to sponsor, then plans and hosts events to raise funds for that particular organization. at the end of the calendar year spero donates all money raised. to maximize the size of our donation, no member of spero receives any compensation for his work. spero took on its first challenge and supported the david’s house, a youth hospice in hanover, new hampshire; http://www.davids-house.org/ . in 2007 spero worked with the hawc - help for abused women and children, which provides numerous free services on the north shore of massachusetts; http://www.helpabusedwomen.org/ .in 2008 spero became personally tied to the center for greiving children, in portland maine, a nonprofit administering support and counseling to children who have suffered a loss of a friend or family member; http://www.cgcmaine.org/ .in 2009 spero moved their efforts to
