the speyside coffee roasting co was established in march 2017 by grant & jody spence and is based in the moray village of garmouth, close to the mouth of the river spey.  in october 2019 the business moved from the initial space at the garmouth hotel, to the cottage next door where the interior was renovated to create a fantastic space to roast and package the beans as well as create a café and airbnb space.
