fast approaching 15 years in the medical sales world, i have decided to pursue my dream of starting my own company. so i have launched spheres of influence (soi) sales!!!! it is a sales consulting business with a new software tool (under construction) for sales managers and sales professionals to help navigate complex sales cycles. as healthcare budgets continue to shrink and clinician’s influence transfer to committees, a new way of getting your product or service into a hospital must be implemented to stay successful. spheres of influence will help sales managers and sales reps: 1) reduce the sales cycle & 2) increase sales effectiveness about me: i am truly passionate about helping others achieve their potential. in the medical sales world; that translates to guiding and helping sales reps and sales managers be as successful as they can be. for sales professionals, it means training and mentoring so they develop and own their specific skillset.
