spice time is a family owned and run business established over 20 years ago. specialising in quality asian meals, snacks, halal meat, and poultry. we pride ourselves in our production techniques, all products, frozen and fresh are hand made with locally sourced ingredients, using traditional family recipes. developing them into contemporary, relevant products that meet a wide range of market needs and tastes. our production facility and cutting plant are based in birmingham. we are hmc (halal monitoring committee) and red tractor approved and have sts and salsa accreditation. our current client base includes city councils, national food service providers, schools, universities, and caterers across the uk. • all products are handmade • extensive range of frozen and chilled products • meat, poultry, and vegetarian products in range • retail and catering sizes available • meat and poultry cutting and finishing plant on premises • halal monitoring committee approved supplier (non-stunned)
