Spicy Monkey Soup Co.

i built the spicy monkey soup company from scratch. i completed everything from the design and build-out to the recipes and marketing on a shoestring budget and in less than 3 months. we featured fresh soup made every day from scratch, an assortment of signature grilled cheese sandwiches, and handmade sodas. three months after we opened we were named top five soups in chicago by cbs. within 6 months of opening we featured on wgn’s chicago’s best for our trust me grilled cheese sandwich (made with mozzarella, provolone, and homemade blueberry jam). throughout the years we were featured in several articles, including the chicago tribune. in addition, i was asked to conduct soup cooking classes at bloomingdale's flagship store in medinah temple.
