we are an emerging stage algorithm trading startup, with an objective to identify and act on market opportunities, while closely monitoring / addressing risk exposure. presently, we adopt process driven, low frequency (interday), trading strategies. we use technical tools / quantitative methods to identify and create trading positions. we follow trend / momentum (directional), delta neutral (non-directional) and mean reversion strategies depending on market structure. we prefer option trades (selling) having sustainable risk and reward, in order to generate long term alpha (post tax). we use back testing and scientific models to improve probability of generating profits, and risk management tools to minimize losses (or cost of business). our vision is to invest in requisite infrastructure / technology and team in order to create a quantitative trading fund. in future, inter-alia, our intent is to deploy high frequency trading strategies (including arbitrage, market making etc.)
