spin property consulting was created to provide a niche recruitment and talent search business for property professionals and employers - sourcing professionals in property. we bring expertise from working with lettings and estate agents over the last 4 years in the residential market, including the largest uk franchised agent and some impressive independents to boot. we then augment this with our recruitment, talent and outsourcing experience gained through working in the agency, rpo and outsourcing sectors, and this makes spin an interesting proposition. we provide a 'high touch' tailored service to our candidates and clients including retained assignments and recruitment campaign management. our reach across the market is strong and we have already turned 'agency doubters' into valued clients by offering a true consultancy approach. we don't proffer to help every client, but we'll listen, evaluate and offer solutions. this is a young but evolving business and we have plans to introd
