using blockchain to create educational weights. when the blockchain weight reaches a predetermined level, certification is issued equivalent to current legacy education levels. foundation level = high school graduation working level = college graduation advanced level = batchelors degree expert level = masters degree there are no a,b,c, d, e or f grades or failures. only pass, try again or choose a different course. we remove grade negativity, judgmental positioning and one size fits all learning. employers can add to this blockchain based on the job learning or yearly performance levels. if any employer violates the accepted pass criteria then they are downgraded within the blockchain as to their weight in terms of their value in adding to it. blockchains vote whether to add the students pass weight to the ledgers without human intervention. this promotes lifelong learning and recognises the university of life.
