everyone has a story, and we want to hear yours! spine indie bookstore & café presents the moth-inspired storytelling night every 2nd and 4th thursday. our host elena sampson offers an open mic to welcome and encourage the art and craft of storytelling. come and tell us your true and first-person story in monologue. inspire, engage, educate, make us laugh, cry, think, all in a safe, nonjudgmental space. your story can be a one-off or you can workshop and develop it between 9pm-10pm the evening of the event for possible audition and inclusion to the acclaimed live, radio, and podcast series presented by the moth, or for the nationally recognized ltym (listen to your mother), or for spine's very own live performance of a spine storytelling night to be developed. children are welcome.
