shanghai's first studio dedicated to spinning opened in august of 2013 and has now relocated to the crossroad of yong kang road and jiashan road. the new, convenient location is a 7 minute walk from south shaanxi rd. metro station and iapm mall, in the heart of the former french concession. the studio is equipped with 20 brand new schwinn bikes and 1 watt pro bike to help you bring your workout session to a whole new intensity. we have 2 changing rooms available as well as a water dispenser and/or bottles of water at your disposal. the sessions have always been structured to provide a hugely efficient and intense workout, while maintaining the fun element. you will recognize many of our trained instructors from their long-time involvement with the local cycling community. on the giant screen you can enjoy a variety of cycling routes, extreme sport videos and amazing performances while you challenge yourself through a 50 minute high-intensity spin session. music and flashy lights will k
