after 10 years of extensive training and working in london and abroad, lara has established her own pilates studio (spiral pilates ®). the studio is a unique space that offers a variety of class formats. from one-on-one to group classes combining mat-work, gyrotonics, ante-natal personalized training, and yoga-pilates fusion. lara first trained at the pilates foundation uk and then trained in the authentic pilates method in new york and los angeles. lara is a qualified gyrotonic trainer;in 2006 lara started training sting and went on the police tour 2007/08. she continues to train him to this day. lara wants to make pilates on equipment more accessible to people in a group class format, trainees can experience the authentic pilates method on the gratz tower units in a dynamic, cardiovascular and fun workout.
