spire house developments (spire) is a property developer, operating primarily in the south of england. we strive to build traditional looking new homes with contemporary interior layouts and stylish finishes. founded in 2004, the company initially offered development finance to construction partners. 14 years later, spire have grown to manage our new build developments and refurbishments; working with development partners in a variety of ways and offering an array of services. with an annual turnover in excess of £4m, spire are continuously looking to expand through new development partners and opportunities.
