in 2009, in order to generate and facilitate the vital move towards a new economy based on other paradigms, we have launched “spirit of change” and defined its mission as follows: "accompanying people and professional teams ‐ actors of change in society ‐ by working on intelligences and values". this new approach is the natural pursuit of the path initiated by sailing team and followed over the past 15 years. our deep conviction is that the state of the world demands a conscious commitment of educated people. we also believe that the period we are going through can become the turning point of a new era which will produce value for the greatest majority of people. in this perspective, wai now position ourself as an "outermediary®", a new world invented and inspired by the concept of "intermediary". it symbolizes our capacity to move together towards new perceptions, new realities and future‐relevant practices. we present 3 specific offers of services: 1. individual accompaniment (openin
