Spirit of the Rock

founded in 2019 we are a small family run business making premium spirits on the rock of gibraltar. our first gin is called campion after the flower silene tomentosa which grows wild on the upper reaches of the rock, and nowhere else in the world. this rare and resilient plant , has inspired the creation of gibraltars first copper stilled gin. strong and smooth it works especially well in a "winston martini" a great man who definitely understood, "the sprit of the rock".
