Spirit Taekwondo - Iowa

founded in 2012, spirit tkd is a family oriented taekwondo program with locations on the south and east sides of des moines ia and teach the taekwondo tenants (beliefs) of self-control, perseverance, integrity, respect/courtesy and indomitable spirit which we pull it all together with teamwork (spirit). we provide master instruction and family oriented service with a view toward the overall health and well-being of every student ensuring that learning takes place in a safe, nurturing environment. our program was designed with a caring, balanced approach of body (cardiovascular and sparring), mind (poomsae) and spirit (character principles and life lessons). students receive compassionate, personalized instruction that focuses on individual student needs regardless of ability.
