spirited business consulting was founded by patrick o'brien to support leaders of organisations to engage their people and align the collective energy of their workforces to serve a common purpose. from his earliest memories of playing field hockey to his current role as a psychologist, business consultant and executive coach, the importance of both leadership and followership are clear to patrick. in his role as an organisational development manager within the resources sector, patrick was in the privileged position of working with a diverse group of business division and functional executives. by necessity he knew about “what was going on” across the organisation and was an advisor to leaders at all levels for increasing engagement and productivity. all services offered by spirited are designed and delivered with the intent of: 1. inspiring leaders and employees to think, feel and be the best versions of themselves, and 2. aligning people's energy for the achievement o
